But let me back up a little...

I've always been a bit of a rule breaker;

A flower child at heart, raised on intuition and rebellion, I spent years working in high-pressure government roles — the kind where calendars ruled and burnout was worn like a badge.

After a brain injury changed everything, I found myself needing to rebuild how I lived, worked, and created.

I turned inward. I wrote. I healed. I reclaimed the creative, spiritual, big-hearted parts of me I’d long buried.

And somewhere along the way, I realized:
I didn’t want to climb ladders anymore.
I wanted to build something softer.
Something that made me feel free — and helped others feel that too.
